The upper villa of 200m² is independent from the lower villa of 40m² and consists on the second level of a master suite of 30m² air-conditioned with an independent WC, a double dressing room, a double washroom with Italian shower, a King size canopy bed, two air-conditioned bedrooms of 12m² with dressing room, a shower room with Italian shower and WC.
On the level, an air-conditioned bedroom of 13m² with a wardrobe, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a 35m² living room with a five-seater sofa that converts into a double bed, a 140cm HDTV, a large oak table for family meals :
