Welcome to STAY-Ô, a floating lodge of 107 m² for up to 4 travellers, located in the Pointe du Bout area, in Trois-Îlets.

Here, the accommodation is fully part of the journey: you live on the water, surrounded by the bay, with an open view of the sea and the Martinique landscape.

From waking up facing the scenery to spa time at the end of the day, STAY-Ô offers a unique escape for those seeking more than a traditional rental: an immersive, intimate and exotic experience in the heart of one of Martinique's most emblematic seaside destinations.

Two suites for stays of up to four

STAY-Ô welcomes up to 4 travellers in a particularly comfortable configuration for a couple wanting more space, two couples or friends travelling together.

The lodge includes in particular:

2 independent suites with Queen Size bed;
2 private bathrooms;
separate toilet;
equipped open-plan kitchen;
refrigerator and freezer;
oven and microwave;
dishwasher;
coffee maker, kettle, toaster and citrus press;
lounge with connected television;
Wi-Fi;
washing machine and tumble dryer;
desk and work space;
bed linen and towels.

The two suites thus allow you to fully share the experience whilst maintaining your privacy.

Your spa with the bay as backdrop

The outdoor spaces are one of STAY-Ô's signatures.

The lodge has approximately 40 m² of terrace, an outdoor dining area, a lounge on the upper level, sun loungers and a spa to enjoy the marine setting at your own pace.

Have your breakfast above the water, relax in the spa, watch the landscape change throughout the day or meet up in the evening facing the lights of the bay.

The view opens up 360° onto the sea and the surrounding landscape, giving the lodge an atmosphere that constantly evolves with the light, weather and life of the bay.

A floating and eco-responsible experience

STAY-Ô also has an essential characteristic: its operation is based on energy and water autonomy, in an approach designed to limit its environmental impact.

This design naturally corresponds to the experience offered: spending a few days as close as possible to the marine environment whilst adopting a different way of functioning from that of a conventional accommodation on land.

Pointe du Bout within reach of your stay

STAY-Ô is located in Trois-Îlets, in the Pointe du Bout area, close to Anse Mitan, the marina, restaurants and activities in the sector.

You can thus combine two very different experiences: the intimacy of your floating lodge and the lively atmosphere of one of the main tourist areas of the South Caribbean.

Anse Mitan notably offers a white sand beach overlooking Fort-de-France bay, close to restaurants, shops and water activities.

Cross the bay towards Fort-de-France

Trois-Îlets also benefit from a particularly interesting advantage: maritime shuttles allow you to reach Fort-de-France across the bay.

You can thus imagine your stay flowing with the water: waking up on STAY-Ô, discovering Pointe du Bout or Anse Mitan, crossing towards Fort-de-France to discover the capital, then returning to Trois-Îlets.

A particularly coherent way of extending the maritime experience into your travels.

Between beaches, culture and heritage

Trois-Îlets also allow you to easily alternate between relaxation and discovery.

Depending on your preferences, your stay may take you to Anse Mitan, Anse-à-l'Âne, Pointe du Bout, as well as to places dedicated to Martinique's history and heritage such as La Savane des Esclaves.

Snorkelling masks are provided.

However, any water activity remains the responsibility of travellers. It is essential to strictly respect safety rules: never swim alone or at night, do not dive without checking conditions and remain alert to currents and maritime traffic.

The marine environment here is a permanent part of the stay and must be approached with caution.

The aim is to allow you to personalise your stay without turning STAY-Ô into a simple accumulation of services: the lodge and its environment remain at the heart of the experience.

A floating experience that requires some precautions

STAY-Ô is a genuine water-based accommodation: it is therefore not experienced in exactly the same way as a villa or apartment.

Access to the lodge is by tender. It is essential to respect the instructions provided for boarding and disembarking, to be careful during transfers and to remain alert to weather conditions.

The experience on board can vary depending on the wind, swell, weather and each traveller's sensitivity.

It is therefore recommended to be comfortable with the marine environment and to have your sea legs. People susceptible to seasickness are invited to plan ahead for their stay and to arrange, if necessary, the solutions that suit them.

Due to its floating configuration, access by tender, outdoor spaces, spa and the permanent presence of water around the lodge, STAY-Ô is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

Things to know before booking

STAY-Ô welcomes up to 4 travellers.

Pets are not permitted.

Arrivals are organised between 17:00 and 19:00 and departure must be completed before 11:00.

For reservations made directly or via the relevant platforms, a Swikly guarantee of €2,000 per bank pre-authorisation, with no prior debit, is provided. For reservations, no Swikly deposit is requested, as the reservation falls under the protections applicable to the platform.
