Villa Casa De La Luz is a modern architectural masterpiece designed by renowned architect Olivier Compère. Nestled in the lively town of Schoelcher, on the northern Caribbean coast of Martinique, this exceptional property is set within a beautifully landscaped 6000 m² plot and offers a perfect blend of space, elegance, and tranquility.
Located just 15 km from Aimé Césaire Airport and only 5 minutes by car from the town center, it’s the perfect base to explore the island’s natural treasures, including Mount Pelée, recently listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The living spaces are bright and open: a fully equipped high-end kitchen (American-style fridge, wine cellar, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, dishwasher…) opens onto a covered dining area and a spacious lounge with a smart TV, all overlooking a breathtaking infinity pool that forms the heart of the villa.
Artworks by Dominican-born artist Luz Severino enhance the poetic atmosphere of the home, making it feel like an open-air art gallery.
